Originally from Paragould, AR, Dustin H Jones graduated from Greene County Tech High School in 1994. From there, he attended Arkansas State University for the next four years. While at Arkansas State University, he was elected to serve as the president pro tempore of the student government senate.

After graduating from ASU with honors, he attended the William H. Bowen School of Law in Little Rock, where he served as the Vice President of the Student Bar Association. Dustin graduated from law school with honors and was in the top 20% of his class.

After graduating from law school, he took a one-year clerkship position in Jackson, Tennessee. After his clerkship ended, he returned to Northeast Arkansas to practice law in Jonesboro and serve the legal needs of Northeast Arkansas.

His practice is focused mainly on personal injury, probate of estates, and wills and estate planning, but he also handles cases involving real estate, business litigation, family law, and adoption, among a variety of other cases.

Dustin was licensed to practice law in Arkansas and Tennessee in 2001. Since then, he has become licensed to practice law in the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals in St. Louis as well as in federal courts in both Arkansas and Tennessee.
In addition to his law practice, Dustin has also served on the board of directors of Jonesboro Rotary and served as an Election Commissioner for Craighead County Arkansas in 2012.
